Description
80's Black Polka Dot Bustier DressVintage dress with a pleated shelf bust, spaghetti straps and wide waistband. Full double layered skirt. This is pictured with a crinoline (not included). Bust measures 33 34" with room in the cups, waist 29", length 35" without straps. Excellent condition except for 2 little spots on the straps where they were pinned.
