Pickard, John - Model 806 (Para 15) Bamboo RodFor sale here is a John Pickard Model 806 bamboo rod, his rendition of the workhorse classic Paul Young Para 15 taper. 8', 2 2, for a DT6 line. Rod is in near mint condition with a very slight set in one of the tips. All sections are full length. Blued hardware, cap and ring over cork reel seat. The rod weighs 4 1 4 oz. Comes with original bag and tube.

Quite smooth and capable of very delicate casts

or you can choose to use the power transmitted through the mid and butt sections for longer casts
