Dr. Hermann only made a little over 200 of these salmon models, a little over 100 Baby Hermanns, ~20 Large Trout Models and much fewer of the remaining two models, the Dry Fly Salmon and the Sea Trout. The full wells grip measures 6 1/4" in length and features a rather shallow taper compared to most full wells grips

There is a small crunch mark in the cork from the ring

There is also a small chunk missing from the bottom edge from being used as a hook-keeper

The winding check and wrap are both replacements

Limited edition numbered reel of only 250 in this size

it exhibits superior "build quality" - perfect varnish
