Otto Zwarg Model 400 Laurentian Fly Reel - rare size 6/0For sale here is an Otto Zwarg Model 400 Laurentian salmon fly reel in the rare 6 0 size. Made in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1958. Serial number M103. This one is in excellent+++ condition and all original. The drag is still perfectly strong and smooth. Full length foot and not filed. It also comes with the original Zwarg supplied cardboard box that fits the reel perfectly. Zwarg reels were first made in Brooklyn, before moving to St. Petersburg, FL
The reel is right hand retrieve and in excellent used condition
The step-down ferrules are size 10/64 with a perfect fit
Made in 1972

Squared bakelite winding check flows seamlessly into the squared half-wells grip measuring 6" in length
