When Tom Morgan took over took over the company in SF, he improved the componentry of the fiberglass rods and this specific look was made for approximately one year. The rod is in excellent condition. Brown blank with crimson wraps. Gold tipping at the ferrules and tip top. The script and Winston decal remain in excellent condition.
