Abel Super 4 Fly ReelA nice Abel Super 4 fly reel, 3 1 4" diameter and set up for LHW (though convertible). Mint condition. Large arbor design with a dark olive and heavy porting to reduce weight. Serial #26794. Comes in the original Abel cordura pouch.

Ferrules are size 11/64 and the ferrule fit is excellent

The lack of a serial number indicates an early rod (sometimes rods with no serial numbers could be kit rods

The repaired and replacement tips have identical actions though the repaired tip might feel just a tad stiffer
