1970's Holly Japan (by Suzuki) Vintage Superstrat (Red)These were mail order guitars from Japan in the 1970's and 1980's that were made by the Kiso Suzuki Violin Company. This is a vibrant superstrat model that really encapsulates the vibe of budget friendly Japanese guitars from the 80's and takes a lot of inspiration from Jackson and Charvel builds. This one seems to be all original (except for a new set of knobs) and received a full professional setup/service prior to listing

it's got brand new Gotoh machine heads installed

Solid carved maple top with a mahogany back and neck (feels like a '59 profile) with a rosewood fingerboard

Antique Brown lacquer finish on the neck has worn down to a beautiful satin feel that plays soft and smooth

Loaded with the original Greco stamped tuners and six-point tremolo along with the original factory Vandzandt single coils in the bridge and middle and a Seymour Duncan in the neck position (IR stickered)

The entire guitar was stripped down and rebuilt with all the hardware restored and polished
