2020 Colle Ciocco Montefalco Rosso DOCThis traditional Montefalco blend of Sagrantino, Sangiovese and Merlot is born in the Spacchetti Family vineyards on Colle Ciocco. The individual varieties were harvested in October, and after 3 weeks of maceration and fermentation in steel tanks, the wines were blended and aged in 25 hectoliter French oak barriques for 12 months and an additional 24 months in bottle prior to release.
