1983 Ibanez Japan DT-700 Destroyer II Medium Scale Bass (Fire Red)Made by the Fujigen factory in 1983, this is one of the medium scale (32") Destroyer bass models made famous by Tom Angelripper and Cronos Lant. Basswood birch body bolted to a maple neck with a 21 fret fingerboard (41mm nut), it weighs 4kg's. Loaded with the original pair of Dimarzio pickups that perfectly suit the 80's metal vibe and a brass bridge and Hercules B tuners to keep it intonated and tuned perfectly. This one's been well loved as pictured

The HF-2 is combining the original signal with a delayed signal that is shifted one octave up to create a flanging effect a bit different but still similar to the BF-2

frets have some wear but were polished prior to listing and play well

The finish is scratched up and relic'd and the hardware has patina but overall it's nice as it sits or would flourish with a nice nitro finish and rebuild
