Venezia Giulia) is a blend of Istrian Malvasia, Friulano and Chardonnay, grown on the Bellanotte estate vineyards in Farra d'Isonzo. TECHNICAL NOTES Vineyard: 20 year old vines in calcareous soil (50 100m alt.). Vinification: Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks (5 6 months) + 5 6 months bottle aging. Alcohol: 12. 5% ABV. SENSORY ANALYSISBright yellow with green highlights.
Harvest: Selected vineyards (7-9 tons/hectare)
