Tactical Training (Military/Fire/Police)Whether you are already in the Military, Law enforcement, the Fire Department or are preparing to join any of these institutions our training programs will ensure that you are physically prepped to endure the rigors of what you may go through on the job or in the field. Included: 4 week progression of resistance training and conditioning. Frequency and duration to be decided upon first consultation with Invictus coach.
